YOGA FOR OTHERS will provide yoga classes at Globaliseringskonferansen, with yoga instructor Harald Dean.

Focus will be on gentle stretching exercises, breathing techniques and there will be a longer guided meditation at the end of the class.  As there are no shower facilities, the class will be adapted for no need for showers.

Please bring your own yoga mat, if you don’t have one, bring a large beach towel. If you are new to yoga, this class will be a nice introduction for you. All levels are welcome; together we will give ourselves a nice start to the day, able to catch the day with ease and energy. Welcome!

“Do something good for others by doing something good for yourself" is the motto of YOGA FOR OTHERS, a young non-profit project which offers donation-based yoga classes to collect money for a social project . At this very moment we want to help our brothers and sisters in West Africa through collecting money and donating 100% of the collected amount to Doctors without Borders and their Ebola aid project.

Whatever you want to donate- it goes a 100% to Doctors without Borders and their Ebola aid project. Check out the Facebook page of YOGA FOR OTHERS (YFO), there you can find further information about YFO and a donation certificate will be uploaded there. There will be a box in the hall Torgutsikten, where you can leave your donation in cash.

The teacher: Harald Dean is an international certificated yoga teacher (200hr RYT), and works part-time as a yoga instructor at SATS Bislett in Oslo. Check out his Facebook page Dean Yoga athttps://www.facebook.com/deanyoga88
